    Often times, when we think about bread, we automatically visualize this white, store bought, spongy, forever lasting, almost synthetic loaf of sandwich bread. However, this white pan-formed loaf can’t be farther from what bread actually is or, rather, is supposed to be. Bread has been around for more than 10.000 years. Ancient Egyptians are considered the forefathers of bread. Bread production dates from approximately 8.000 B.C.E, in the form of flat breads and roundish cakes.     About me

    I come from a multi-country Western European family, that settled in South America in the 1960s, and eventually spread all over the world. So, my background is a bit complicated. But, if my extremely diverse roots taught me something, in unison, is that food is love. I’ve always felt drawn into food and cooking, but it was about 4 years ago that my passion for cooking suddenly increased. I tried to recreate my favorite dishes from the restaurants I visited and started experimenting with non-conventional ingredients.
