    About me

    I come from a multi-country Western European family, that settled in South America in the 1960s, and eventually spread all over the world. So, my background is a bit complicated. But, if my extremely diverse roots taught me something, in unison, is that food is love. I’ve always felt drawn into food and cooking, but it was about 4 years ago that my passion for cooking suddenly increased. I tried to recreate my favorite dishes from the restaurants I visited and started experimenting with non-conventional ingredients.
